The question is often asked of our people at Marketing Eye : "What do you do that other marketing firms don't?". And the answer is quite simple.

While other's are now using the term "outsourced marketing department", few have actually defined it quite like we have at Marketing Eye. After 24 years in the industry, I have learned a lot from both succeeding and failing. From these learnings, I have developed a series of systems, processes and ways in which to improve our capability of delivering world-leading marketing strategies to businesses seeking a high growth return.

The difference is from start to finish
What does Marketing Eye give you that other marketing firms don't?

Onboarding new clients

All new clients are inducted like an employee would be. It's through this experience that they really get to know who we are and how we work. The induction, or on-boarding as we like to call it, takes clients through all the different touch points of the relationship that they will be in for over the next 12-months. From how to get the most out of their marketing manager, through to what are the best ways in which to optimise Marketing Eye's resources in your own team. Basically, we let you know everything there is to know about us upfront, and tell you all the tricks of the trade as to how to get the best ROI from our people. Our transparency across how we spend our time is refreshing to clients, as is our reporting system - and during induction, we let you know how this works.

Workshop the future

Known as one of the best marketing workshops in the industry, and up there with the big consulting firms, Marketing Eye delivers a 3 to 4 hour workshop with key management in our clients businesses, covering everything from the high level business plan through to all tactical marketing initiatives that relate to your business.

We research your company, industry and competitors beforehand, ensuring that when we are in the workshop, we are ready to bring ideas to the table, challenge the norm, and really dig deep into the entire marketing mix and its role in achieving your business goals.

While you pay for one person to be in the meeting, you will find that between 2 and 3 people are always there, giving you more than one set of 'Marketing Eye's' at no extra charge. We also try to include interns in workshops that are completed at a Marketing Eye office, giving them valuable experience in understanding how to dive into a company and find the right marketing solutions to their marketing needs.

Pushing for performance

Our team is constantly being pushed and challenged internally to out-perform each and every strategy that has been delivered. We start from scratch every single time a marketing strategy is being developed to ensure that we are completely aligned to the clients expectations, brand and financial ROI. All of our marketing team want to be the best. They are ambitious, highly motivated and natural self-starters - critical to giving you the depth and breathe in marketing support required to power your sales teams performance.

They are also educating themselves whether it's through reading, webinars, seminars, or courses internally and externally. This is imperative to being on top of the marketing game given the extraordinary changes in marketing technologies and tactical persuasion over the past 5 years.

Structure allows a faster, harder and smarter approach

After years of working in marketing consulting, we have formulated a way that we work with clients that is unparalleled in the industry - particularly with businesses with $2 million to $200 million in revenue. We know that the companies we are working with are looking to jump to the next level. They typically have invested in their team and technology to power their existing performance leaving marketing as the big gap. That's where we fit in. We work tirelessly with your team, collaborating where required, to identify the gaps, and not only improve your brands performance, but its ability to connect with customers and prospects.

We do strategy first, then execute and measure. Simple, yet effective.

Industries we work in are varied

We started out as a technology, biotechnology and health marketing company, and have since expanded 10-years ago to include:
  • Professional Services
  • Retail
  • Transport and Logistics
  • Mining
  • Manufacturing
  • Financial Services
  • Online / e-commerce / APP

In each industry sector we have worked with a minimum of 20 companies, and in total, we have now developed almost 350 marketing strategies making us one of the most experienced SMB marketing company in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Technology powers our performance and yours

We use a number of technologies to power our performance. In January 2016, we will launch the next generation of marketing APP's with our own proprietary customer-centric, resource rich marketing platform. This technology will cut 2 to 3 hours of normal marketing management administration off your contract, that you would need to use no matter which company you worked with. If you add this technology to our e-marketing, social media and marketing automation technologies - you will find a very tech savvy, fast-paced marketing team at your disposal.

We listen to your requirements and adapt when needed

As all of our team works for Marketing Eye with no freelancers, or outside companies in the fold, we are able to be more adaptable, flexible and cost-efficient than our competitors.

There are no third party markups for outsourcing of personnel, or skills - and that's something our customers are thankful for. If you have something urgent to be done, we can work day or night to make it happen. Our team in the US are on alternative hours to Australia - giving us the resources need to fulfil your needs should something urgent arise.

Export and expansion is in our DNA

As a company that has expanded into the US three years ago, and now opening offices in Europe and Asia, we understand what it's like to expand your business and sell to customers with a different lingo. In fact, we have nailed marketing locally in the US, and are already the number one company on Google for most searches in the areas in which we operate - so this is yet another experience and tactical application we can readily share with you.

What are the first steps to working with Marketing Eye?

First step is to call us on 1300 300 080 or if you are in the US on 707 626 8070, and receive our marketing pack and set up an appointment with a marketing consultant. Then the rest is all about your experience and if we both fit, then it's all systems go. 2016 will be a huge year for your company and with the help of our team, the focus will be on your business outcomes.

When should you start your Marketing Eye contract?

Ideally you would start in November. This allows for your company to be ready in January 2016 to market, straight back from the holidays.

It takes 3 to 4 hours to host the workshop, and then another 16 hours to complete a comprehensive marketing strategy - the blueprint for all marketing activities in 2016. Once you have signed off on the strategy, there are always cosmetic and content (key messaging) issues that need to be addressed immediately. If all of this is completed before the holiday break, it will allow for January to be an aggressive marketing month. Most of your competitors will probably be a bit like you and thinking that they will do everything in the new year, so it's best to get a head start and be ready from day one.
